Delete your account & data

SSRS - BAEC · Balochistan Assessment and Examination Commission

Please read this first

An SSRS - BAEC account is issued to you by the Commission for your duty at an examination centre. You did not create it yourself, and for that reason you cannot delete it from inside the app — if an officer could delete his own duty account mid-examination, the attendance of his hall would have no responsible owner.

Instead, you ask the Commission to close it. Any officer who asks will have it done.

1. Remove everything from your phone (you can do this now)

This clears the downloaded candidate roster, their photographs, your saved sign-in and any attendance still waiting to upload.

Open the app → Settings → Reset App Data → confirm.

Uninstalling the app removes the same data. Note that simply signing out does not — it leaves the roster in place so you can sign back in quickly at the hall door.

If you have attendance that has not uploaded yet, connect to the internet and upload it before you reset. Once cleared it cannot be recovered from the phone.

2. Ask the Commission to delete your account

Send a request from the mobile number registered on your account, or in writing, including:

Balochistan Assessment and Examination Commission
BAEC Secretariat, Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan
Telephone: 081-2876132
Email: info@baec.com.pk
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

You may also ask any BAEC officer with portal access to suspend your account immediately while the request is processed. Suspension ends every session on every phone at once.

3. What gets deleted

Your name, CNIC, mobile number, password, sign-in tokens and sign-in history are removed from the app account, and the account itself is closed so it can no longer sign in anywhere.

4. What is kept, and why

The attendance of the examination is not deleted. Which candidate sat which paper, the answer sheet numbers issued, and any unfair-means case are the official record of a public examination. The Commission is required to keep them, and a candidate's result depends on them. These records are retained under BAEC's record-keeping rules, and the audit trail continues to show that a mark was made by the officer on duty at that centre.

In other words: your account and the personal details attached to it are removed; the examination record your duty produced remains, as it would with a paper attendance sheet.

5. How long it takes

Requests are processed by the Commission's examination branch. During an examination period a request may be held until your centre's papers are finished, so that the hall is not left without a responsible officer; you will be told if that applies to you. Outside an examination period, requests are processed in the ordinary course.

All accounts for an examination session are in any case suspended and archived once that session closes.
